Retail is more than a job: it’s a career. We believe in investing in our teams, and we are one of the few Australian retailers that offer a tailored training program to new team members. This means that all new sales assistants are given 50 hours of supervised training and are taught Magnolia’s 10 principles of sales and customer service.
We also believe its important that our teams never stop learning. We have learning opportunities for management positions and train our leaders how to recruit, train, perfomance manage, hold team meetings and many other important subjects. Training seminars are held regularly.
